Information You Provide to Us

  • Candidates: Name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, job preferences, and any other details you choose to provide in your profile.
    • Our App records candidates during the AI interview process, using a mixture of voice and video technology. The interview transcript is analysed by our Ai engine to rate your suitability for the role that you have interviewed for.
    • The transcript and recording of your interview, and the subsequent AI analysis, is stored by Talent Unlimited so that we can recommend you to our clients for future roles that you are suited to.
  • Employers/Clients: Name, email address, phone number, company information, job listings, and other relevant details for job postings.

Information Processed When Creating an Account

When you create a new account on the App, we process the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Marketing preferences
  • Payment information (where applicable)
  • Optional profile details (e.g., date of birth)

Information Processed When Using the App

When you use the App, we process the following information automatically (except where we ask for your consent):

  • Location data (with your consent)
  • Date and time you accessed the app
  • Pages viewed
  • Payment details
  • Technical data including device, model, operating system, version, cookie, pixel, and beacon identification information

With Suppliers

We share information with suppliers such as IT services companies, payment service providers, marketing platform providers, and others necessary to provide our services.

We work with fully compliant third party processors in order to manage your data for the completion of voice Ai interviews and for the secure storage or your data

We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requests, or in connection with a corporate restructure or sale.

    • We process candidate data to facilitate recruitment processes, such as AI-powered screening, interviewing, and feedback provision, in accordance with contracts between Talent Unlimited and recruiters, or where candidates apply for a specific role.
  2. Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f))
    • Processing candidate data for AI-driven evaluations aligns with the legitimate interests of recruiters to streamline hiring, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience. This interest is balanced against candidates’ rights and freedoms, as:
      • Only job-related information is processed.
      • Processing is transparent, and candidates are informed about how their data is used.
      • Steps are taken to ensure fairness, prevent bias, and provide feedback to candidates.

    • In certain cases, such as for long-term data storage, sharing with third parties, or analytics purposes, we may rely on the candidate’s explicit consent. Consent is obtained through a clear, affirmative action (e.g., ticking a box to agree).
