Candidate Terms

Welcome to Talent Unlimited, a trading name of Talent Tech Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Candidate Terms explain how you may interact with Talent Unlimited, including when applying for jobs, taking part in interviews, or being contacted about relevant opportunities through our platform.
You may interact with Talent Unlimited directly (for example, by applying for a role or completing an interview), or indirectly where your information is shared with us by an employer as part of a recruitment process.
By submitting your details through the platform or participating in an application or interview process powered by Talent Unlimited, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Talent Unlimited
Talent Unlimited is a platform used by employers and authorised third parties (such as recruitment partners or career support providers) to support hiring processes.
You may interact with Talent Unlimited when you:
- apply for a job through our platform; or
- are directed to our platform as part of an application process managed by an employer (for example, via an applicant tracking system).
As part of this process, you may be asked to:
- submit your CV or personal details;
- complete an AI-supported interview;
- receive feedback based on your responses.
2. AI-Supported Interviews
Some roles may include an AI-supported interview.
This typically involves responding to questions using voice (and sometimes video), which are then analysed to generate structured feedback.
This analysis may include:
- identifying relevant skills or experience;
- generating feedback on your responses.
These insights:
- are designed to support the hiring process;
- are reviewed by recruiters as part of their decision-making.
Talent Unlimited does not make hiring decisions. All decisions are made by human reviewers using the Platform.
You have the right to request human review of any automated assessment or feedback generated through the platform. We will review such requests and respond within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to the complexity of the request, in which case we will keep you informed.
3. Sharing Your Information
When you apply for a role:
- your information (including your CV, interview responses, and feedback) will be shared with the employer you applied to;
- the employer or other authorised users of the Platform will use this information to assess your suitability for the role.
We may also process your information to:
- operate and improve the platform;
- generate insights to support recruitment processes.

4. TalentBank and Future Opportunities
When you apply for a role through Talent Unlimited (including via an employer’s application process), your profile may be included in TalentBank by default.
This means:
- we may retain your profile and application data;
- we may contact you by email about relevant opportunities with other employers;
- we may use your existing application and interview data to match you with future roles.
We will always provide context about why you are being contacted.
You can opt out of TalentBank and these communications at any time using the link in our emails.
We may retain your data for a period of time to support future opportunity matching. If you are inactive for an extended period, your data may be deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over how your data is used.
You can:
- opt out of TalentBank and future opportunity matching at any time;
- update your CV or information where available;
- request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6.Your Responsibilities
You agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate and up to date;
- you have the right to share any information you submit;
- you will not provide misleading or false information.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in providing the platform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in job offers, interviews, or employment.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring legal proceedings in your country of residence under applicable law.
